Q: How can I refund my Order?

A: We truly hope you love our products, however, here are two scenarios for REFUND.

  • When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and send photos to us immediately at service@trafiti.com. We will initial the make-up policy to you, which we will courier the same items to you.
  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Trafiti, we will gladly accept your suggestions. Please follow the following steps for refund:

1. Make a record: please e-mail us about your order number and photo of products within 7 days of receiving the package.

2. Please send us back whole package, receipts, products, and gifts. Sender is responsible for shipping fee under any circumstances if you return the goods.

3. After it, please email us the tracking number of this package. Then we will start the refund policy and refund the payment to your payment account when received your package. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. If the products are "Final sale item or Non-returnable item", we don't accept any return or refund in this case.

Q: How long that I can receive my refund?

A: We will refund your payment into your PayPal account if you complete all refund process and we have sent the confirmation to you and PayPal.
